SUMMER CAMP 2013
Spotlight Theatre Summer Camp is back, and bigger and better than ever! With new material, new instructors, and three different sessions to choose from, there is truly something for everyone aged 8-15! M-F, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Session 1: Medieval Myths and Legends June 24-28
Instructor: Timothy P. Oskin
Join King Arthur, Merlin, Lancelot, and the Knights of the Round Table as they fearlessly battle dragons and such fearsome creatures. Campers will collaborate with guidance from the instructor to adapt these legendary tales into plays of their own design to be performed for their families Friday evening, June 28 @7pm.
Session 2: Grimm’s Fairy Tales July 29-August 2
Instructor: Cathy Gibbons Mostek
Sleeping Beauty, Hansel and Gretel, Rapunzel, and other timeless tales come to life! Campers will collaborate with guidance from the instructor to adapt the classics of The Brothers Grimm into short plays to be performed Friday August 2 @ 7pm.
Session 3: The Arabian Nights August 19-23
Instructor: Thomas-Robert Irvin
Sinbad, Aladdin, Ali Baba, and other immortal characters created by Scheherazade over a thousand-and-one Arabian Nights spring from the page to the stage! Campers will adapt these exciting tales with guidance from the instructor into plays to be showcased August 23 @7pm

- $200 per week ($20 discount if you sign up for two or more weeks)
- $10 family discount available for 2 or more siblings

- Full Refund if Canceled 10 days prior to camp start date.
- There will be a staged presentation of all work accomplished during the week of camp
